Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Please note cancellations made within the 24 hour period before your appointment may incur a £10 cancellation fee. If you fail to attend your appointment without cancelling, you will be charged a £10 no show fee.
